There is not one way to use worry beads, the aim is to invite a higher sense of calm into your world through rolling the beads around in the palm of your hand. Whether in a meeting at work, going for a mindful walk in the park, or relaxing on the sofa, our worry beads can be incorporated into your life however you choose.

For those seeking a more structured technique, we have outlined steps below that can get you started...

1. Hold the Worry Beads in the palm of your hand
2. Place your thumb on one of the beads
3. Move the bead strand around with your thumb, one bead at a time, until you do one full rotation. As your thumb touches each bead, breathe in and breathe out. If you have a mantra, you can recite that to yourself with each bead if you prefer
4. Register how you feel
