Orders are processed Monday to Friday AEST, excluding public holidays, from our studio located in Alexandria NSW, Australia. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be carefully created, processed and dispatched.

Express Shipping (Express Post):
- We offer FREE Express Shipping on all AU orders over $150 AUD.
- $8 AUD flat rate for AU orders $150 AUD and under.
Delivery Times (Plus processing time of 1-2 business days):

Express Shipping (DHL):
- We offer FREE DHL Express Shipping on International orders over $200 AUD.
- $40 AUD flat rate for International orders $200 AUD and under.
Delivery Time (Plus processing time of 1-2 business days):
- 7-10 business days
Important information for International orders:
- All international orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via DHL Express to all countries except where DHL does not offer shipping services.
- Import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery to your country, and will be determined by the customs agency within the destination country.
- Payment of all import duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
- U.S. customers (important): Due to recent changes in US customs regulations, U.S. customers may experience a significant increase in duties and taxes. Note that these charges are set by US customs and are outside of our control.
