Yes, we only use A Grade natural gemstones, each one mindfully hand-selected for your Spiritus creation.

Yes, we use the highest quality Gold & Silver hardware using the below materials across our designs.

• 14K Gold-filled: This is a 14K Gold coating over a base of brass, using a process that is around 100x thicker than standard gold plating. This form of plating can last from 5 to 30 years with proper care.
• 18K Gold PVD: This is an extremely resilient Gold coating process over a base of stainless steel, so is very resilient to tarnishing and wear, lasting anywhere from 5 years to a lifetime with proper care.
• Sterling Silver: We use quality S925 Sterling Silver. We always recommend maintaining silver with a silver polish cloth if tarnish is ever visible.

BRACELETS

• We offer various sizes in our bracelets. The sizing is based on the wrist circumference.
• We recommend measuring your wrist with a measuring tape and select the bracelet sizing accordingly.
• Recommended sizing based on wrist size: S (16cm and under), M (16.5cm - 18cm), L (18.5-20cm)
• We do cater to wrist sizes outside of the above. If you need a special bracelet sizing made, please leave your wrist size in centimetres in the comment box at checkout.

NECKLACES

• All necklace product pages clearly state the necklace length.
• Traditional necklace lengths range from Choker (40cm): Sits snugly around base of neck, to Standard/Princess (45cm): falls at the collarbone, to Matinee (50-60cm): falls at the upper chest or bust. These fits will of course vary based on individual heights and sizes.

Yes. If your sizing isn't listed in the product page options, you are welcome to provide us with your wrist size in the comment box at check-out, and we will create accordingly.

Whilst all our creations are made with quality gemstones and metals, we always recommend removing your Spiritus creations before bathing, exercising and swimming, as many gemstones are porous so will change in appearance if exposed in these instances. Exercising with your creation may also risk damage to your piece, especially with contact sports.

Gold and silver can tarnish over time with wear, so in this instance we recommend using a gold/silver polishing cloth. Proper storage in your Spiritus jewellery pouch or jewellery box, away from sunlight, heat and moisture will minimise impact on your creations.

We create and dispatch orders within 2 business days.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

• We send out Australian orders with free Express Post delivery. This will take between 1-5 days within Australia dependant on your proximity from our Sydney location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• All international orders are delivered via DHL Express, so will arrive between 3-7 days from order dispacth.

We send out an email confirmation once we dispatch your order, with your delivery tracking information.
