Welcome to ‘The Ritual Mind’ a new journal delving into our mindful communities, daily rituals, their connection to mother earth and the energy she radiates. We are launching this series on Mother’s Day as a celebration of female empowerment, with “Mindful Money” author, SugarMammaTV founder and mother (with another on the way), Canna Campbell, who is as passionate about motherhood as she is about educating, motivating and empowering people to realise the amazing changes they can make in their lives financially.

We are all about empowerment at Spiritus Stones, and Canna Campbell is one empowering woman, using her experience and education as a licensed Financial Planner to help everyday people understand how to “do money”, from writing a budget, to paying off debts, to achieving exciting financial goals such as saving for a holiday, all the way up to a deposit for a home or even an investment property.

Canna first connected with Spiritus Stones when she ordered bracelets for her family. She explains, “When (my son) Rocco is away from our family, we miss each other immensely. My partner, Tom, had an idea that we could hold onto something that connects us all together - so even when we are apart, we are still bound together energetically and spiritually. Tom wears his as an anklet and I wear mine everyday. Rocco wears his and his sisters as she is too young to wear it, and most recently, he now wears his future brother/sister’s. He treasures them so much and knows the stones and their powers, so he can tap them whenever he needs to.”

WHAT IS ONE DAILY RITUAL
YOU CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT?

“I am such a creature of habit. I love my little rituals from coffee at home in the early hours of the morning to saying my gratitudes whilst in the shower at the end of the day. I also listen to Centerpoint Holosync mediation sounds - not daily but a weekly practice that helps me focus and work through any hectic challenges that get thrown my way.”

“I am a classic Cancer star sign - super sensitive, a real homebody and deeply caring. Cancer is also a water sign, so the thought of being away from the ocean makes me feel like I am drowning - so being by the water or even better, in the water - not only re-grounds and re-callibrates me, but I feel so clean and resilient again
(including Winter!).”
