SPIRITUS STONES TERMS OF TRADE

By becoming a Spiritus Stones stockist, you the retailer are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.

Minimum Spend & Stockist Requirements

1. The minimum first order for new stockists within Australia is $1,000 ex gst.
2. The minimum replenishment order value is $250 ex gst.
3. Stockists are expected to order a minimum $1,000 ex gst per quarter to allow a profitable partnership for both parties.
4. Spiritus Stones is conscious of proximity between stockists and will make every effort to allow reasonable distance between locations

Payment, Order Fulfilment & Shipping

4. All wholesale orders requirement upfront payment before Spiritus Stones creates and ships the order, with bank transfer, credit card and Paypal accepted.
5. Once order payment is received, please allow 5 working days for order creation, and further 1-3 working days for shipping.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

6. Orders may only be cancelled prior to the stock being dispatched.
7. Goods cannot be returned for ‘change of mind’ once payment is made and stock dispatched, unless faulty/damaged or incorrect product is supplied.
8. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight differences and imperfections may occur in the craft. You acknowledge that this does not constitute a defect. These goods are individually hand made and no two are the same.

Marketing & Brand Guidelines

9. Spiritus Stones can supply images on request for use on stockist websites and social media. These images remain the sole property of Spiritus Stones, and we have final say as to how these images are used.
10. All images published on Instagram featuring Spiritus Stones product must be tagged @spiritusstones.
11. Spiritus Stones reserves the right to cancel any wholesale accounts misrepresenting the brand in any way.
