Jewellery Maker & Order Coordinator (Part-time) | Alexandria, NSW

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Jewellery Maker and Order Coordinator to join our small, close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the art of handcrafting beautiful pieces and wants to be part of a business with heart. Hours
22 hours/week.
This is an in-office role in Alexandria, Sydney, with expected working hours of 22 hours per week (six hours on Mondays, four hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays).
Responsibilities
- Handcraft our signature beaded bracelets, necklaces and other jewellery creations within our collections, ensuring quality and consistency (approximately 80% of time).
- Manage the end-to-end online fulfilment process, including customer service, picking & packing orders, order personalisation & gift-wrapping, shipping, processing returns & exchanges and facilitating product care & resolution outcomes (approximately 20% of time).
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as a jewellery maker, with construction of beaded jewellery.
- Exceptional hand dexterity, a strong eye for detail, and good organisational skills
- 2+ years of previous experience in a production, fulfillment, brand support or operations-based role is beneficial.
- Interest and enthusiasm in jewellery and gemstones is a must.
- An effective communicator who can filter information and can manage up to the business Founder.
- Knowledge of Shopify is beneficial
